The Regency School of Languages is located in Monte- Carlo in the south eastern part of France. The school conducts specialized French lessons for foreigners. Different packages are offered under which foreigners with different requirements can learn French. The institute caters to the needs of people of all ages that are looking at mastering the French language, whether for business, travel or for academic purposes. ‘French for business’ courses are popular among foreigners who want to grasp the rudiments of the language spoken in the corporate world. The school works throughout the year. The classrooms are comfortable and are air-conditioned. Arrangement for hotel stay or family accommodation is provided by the institute.

Courses on Offer:

The Regency School of Languages offers various courses to suit individual needs. The students on completing the course become proficient at speaking and understanding the language. The time frame of each course varies and so does the fee structure.

• Individual lessons – This program offers individual tuition to the student. The numbers of hours per week are as per the convenience of the student.
• Group lessons – Classes are conducted for a small group of 3 to 6 students. There are two classes per week for a period of ten weeks. Each class is one and a half hours long.
• ‘Two to one’ lessons – This program enrolls only two students for the course. The teacher is able to give much more attention to the students, because of the small number.Lessons for companies – French classes are conducted for employees of corporate houses. The classes are conducted in a big batch.
• Courses at company premises – An option of conducting classes at the premises of a company are also available. This enables more employees in the company to attend classes at the same time.
• French for business – These are special classes for those having business interests in the country. Foreign businessmen learn how to conduct deals in French with their French counterparts.
• Courses to prepare for various exams – This program prepares students for taking various examinations like Paris Chamber of Commerce, DELF, DALF, Cambridge University exams, TOEFL, TOEIC, etc.

Teaching Staff:

Only the very best teachers are employed to teach at The Regency School of Languages. They are all native French speakers. The teachers all have University degrees and are specially trained to teach French as a foreign language. They have years of experience at teaching French as a foreign language to students who come from all over the world. Most of the teaching staff has been teaching at the school since its inception in 1985.The size of the maximum group in a class is six; this enables the teachers to devote more time per student.

Foreign students can combine site seeing along with the French language lessons. There are many places of interest in and around Monte-Carlo. The Palace and the famous Monte-Carlo casino are a must see. Monte- Carlo is famous for the Grand Prix and the Monte-Carlo Rally.
